Notice to venue operators regarding our general guidelines (please contact us specifically though): Regarding band arrival, unless you specifically ask us - and, sorry, but specifically does not mean a blurb on your MySpace page - and subsequently get a signed document in writing from us stating we will be at your venue earlier than an hour and a half before our set for the typical nighttime gig, then please do not expect us to show up any earlier than an hour and a half before our set. Should you require an earlier time, we will in turn require payment before the day of the show. Once the show is booked, we expect payment regardless of if the show is cancelled by you or not - we gotta pay bills too! Additional payment information is outlined below. FYI, this band has NEVER flaked, or what have you, etc., on any show, any place, or any time, and your venue will NOT be the first...that we promise. Regarding payment, if you cancel the show within two weeks or more of the gig date our fee is 75% refundable, within a week to two of the gig date 50% refundable, within 72 hours to a week 25% refundable, and non-refundable within 72 hours of the show date. Also, if all or part of our pay is based on the door, we shall assume you, the venue, will be providing a door person. Additional fee shall be required for us to provide a door person. Regarding sound equipment, we shall assume you, the venue, will be providing the sound engineer and p/a unless we specifically receive notice from you to the contrary.
